Hilliard Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, record indexes, and historical-directory collections relevant to Hilliard, Ohio. It does not host government records and is not connected with a Hilliard public office, Franklin County custodian, court, or library.
2. Lawful Use Rules
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining order, protective order, or address-confidentiality program
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make decisions regulated by the FCRA, including credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions
- Scrape, copy, or republish service content at scale
- Disrupt the service's operation or security
3. Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
Hilliard Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Information here, including a result supplied by a linked search tool, is not a consumer report and may not be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated purpose.
4. Linked Resources
Hilliard, Franklin County, and Ohio portals, as well as outside services and sponsored search tools, operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content, availability, charges, or information practices.
5. No Warranty
The service is offered "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We do not guarantee that content is accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted, or that a linked portal will produce a correct result.
6. Limits of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this service or a linked resource, including a decision made from a record reached through it.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the service operators harmless from claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from misuse of the service or a violation of these terms.

The original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. You may link to a page or quote a short attributed excerpt, but may not republish full pages or systematically copy the content.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. Continued use after the revision is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Restricting Access
We may suspend or limit access without notice for a user who violates these terms or misuses the service.
11. Ohio Law and Public Records
Ohio law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Ohio Public Records Act, R.C. 149.43, governs access to records held by Ohio public offices, subject to its exemptions; it does not give this private service ownership or control of those records. Ohio Safe at Home, R.C. 111.41-111.47, and Shielding Our Protectors, R.C. 149.45, protect qualifying addresses through their statutory processes and must be respected.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect.
